Getting around to posting these pretty vivid 35 mm photographs that I found inside of a book at a thrift store over the summer.
This is a tribute post to my late grandmother Jaunita that passed/crossed over the other day. She took care of my brother and I in the early 80’s when we were children at large because my parents were already divorcing when I was 3. My childhood was weird but she always made it feel like it was okay, storybook like. I have remained close with her for my whole life. Even though I lived so far away from her for so many years we were always talking about art and music (she did both). She sent me packages and I moved in with her for a short period in 2017. My grandmother was a giant. She was born in a barn in 1922 and bore 4 children, 6 grandchildren. Her legacy is wild. I wanted my friends to see these pictures of her. She was all class.
